What you get
Every form you create gets a unique token. Submissions to that token are encrypted at rest, deduplicated, bot-checked, and pushed to whichever channels you have switched on — instantly.
- Encryption at rest. Submission contents are encrypted server-side before they hit storage, protecting your data against database leaks.
- Three embedding modes. Use the hosted form builder, drop FormPing onto an existing HTML form (Takeover), or call
FormPing.init()from your SPA. - Real-time notifications. Web Push in the dashboard, native push on iOS & Android, or your own webhooks with HMAC signatures.
- Form Builder v2. Multi-page forms, conditional rules, scoring, dynamic results pages, themes, and per-field custom CSS.
- Built-in bot protection. Server-side spam filtering and a per-token domain allowlist — no captchas required.
