The dashboard, at a glance.
Everything you do with FormPing lives at app.formping.ch. Six areas, in plain sight, no menus inside menus.
Inbox
Your home page. Submissions across all tokens, newest first, with name + preview text extracted automatically — even from raw external forms (Contact Form 7, WPForms, plain HTML). Unread submissions are highlighted; click any row to open the full message.
- Search — full-text across decrypted submission contents.
- Filter by token — narrow to one form at a time.
- Mark as read / archive — swipe on mobile, click on desktop.
Archive
Anything you archive moves here. Searchable, restorable, and never auto-deleted. Use it as your long-term record of completed conversations.
Tokens
Each form on your site is a token. From the Tokens tab you can:
- Create new tokens with a label and domain allowlist
- Edit the label and allowed domains of existing tokens
- Open the Form Builder for any token
- Copy embed snippets in four formats (script tag, iframe, shortcode, direct URL)
- Delete tokens (along with all their submissions — this is permanent)
Deleting a token is irreversible. The archive of its messages goes with it. Export anything you need to keep first.
Form Builder
The visual editor for any token. Add fields, drag to reorder, configure validation, themes, multi-page flows, conditional rules, scoring, and dynamic results pages. See the Form Builder deep-dive.
Settings
Five sections:
- Account — email, password, two-factor authentication, language
- Notifications — Web Push and mobile pairing
- API Keys — create and revoke keys for the WordPress plugin and MCP server (max 5)
- Active Devices — see every active session and revoke any of them instantly
- Subscription — your plan, renewal date, and billing portal
Active Devices
Every login (web, iOS, Android, WordPress plugin) shows up here as a device with its user-agent and last-active timestamp. Click Revoke to invalidate that session immediately — the next API call from that device will fail and force re-login.
Use Active Devices if you ever sign in on a shared computer and forget to log out — one click and that session is gone.
Languages
The dashboard UI is available in English and German. Switch in Settings → Account → Language. The Form Builder and widget support six languages for form content (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, PT).
