How many forms can I create?

Up to 3 form tokens per account. Within each form you can use up to 5 pages, 50 conditional rules, and 10 results pages. You can also create up to 5 API keys per account.

What languages does FormPing support?

The dashboard, mobile apps, and WordPress plugin UI are available in English and German. The widget and Form Builder support six languages for form content — English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese — so your visitors see labels, buttons, and validation messages in their language. Smart field detection in Takeover mode also recognises field labels in all six languages.

Are there mobile apps?

Mobile apps for iOS and Android are in development and coming soon. Both will include inbox, archive, search, swipe-to-archive, per-token filtering, and native push notifications.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Subscription and click Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; afterwards, your account drops back to the free trial state.

Can I get a refund?

Refund policy is detailed in our terms on formping.ch. In short: yes, within a reasonable window if something's broken on our side.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll need to cancel any active Pro subscription first — accounts with active billing can't be deleted in one click, by design.

Does FormPing work without JavaScript?

The widget (script tag, takeover, programmatic) requires JavaScript. If you need a JS-free option, use the iFrame embed with ?embed=true — the hosted form page is server-rendered and works inside an iframe without your site needing any JavaScript.

Can I export my submissions?

Export is not available yet. You can view and manage all your submissions in the dashboard and the mobile apps (coming soon).

What happens if a submission contains a file upload?

File upload as a field type isn't part of the current Form Builder. If you need files, use a separate file-upload service (e.g. an S3 presigned URL flow) and include the resulting URL as a text field in your FormPing form.

Can I use FormPing offline?

The widget needs to reach api.formping.ch to submit. If a visitor is offline, the submit will fail and the widget shows an error. The mobile apps cache fetched submissions for offline viewing but require connectivity to receive new ones.

How fresh is the dashboard inbox?

Submissions appear in your inbox within a second or two of being submitted. Web Push and mobile notifications fire on the same path, so you find out about new messages practically in real time.
