02 — Dashboard · Form Builder
Build forms that think.
The Form Builder is a visual editor for everything from a one-field newsletter signup to a multi-page quiz with conditional logic, scoring, and dynamic results pages.
Fields
Nine field types are available out of the box. Drag from the left palette into the canvas, drop to reorder, click to configure.
- Short text — single-line input with optional regex validation
- Long text — multi-line textarea
- Email — typed input with built-in format validation
- Phone — international phone input
- Number — numeric input with min/max/step
- Date — custom date picker (three variants — see Date Picker)
- Select — single-choice dropdown
- Radio — single-choice button group
- Checkbox — multi-choice toggles
Multi-page forms
Click Pages in the left panel to split your form into up to 5 pages. Each page has its own title, fields, and a navigation bar showing progress. The end-user sees a clean step-by-step flow; you see all the data in one submission.
You can disable Pages at any time. The Builder will merge all fields back into a single page in their current order.
Conditional rules
Up to 50 rules per form. Show or hide a field, jump to a specific page, or assign a score based on the value of another field. Rules are evaluated live as the user types.
Common patterns:
- Show "Company name" only if "Are you a business?" is checked
- Skip directly to the results page if a screening question fails
- Add 10 points to the score if "Plan" equals "Pro"
Scoring
Toggle Scoring on, then assign points to individual field values. The
total score is calculated on submit and stored alongside the message as a special
Score field. Optionally show the score to the user on the results page.
Results pages
Define up to 10 dynamic results pages. Each one has a score range (e.g. 0–30, 31–70, 71–100) and a title + body shown to the user when they submit. Combined with scoring, this gives you quizzes, assessments, and lead-qualification flows out of the box.
Themes
The Design tab exposes the form-wide theme: colors, border radius, font family, button style, and spacing. All values map to CSS variables on the rendered widget, so changes preview live. See Themes for the full list.
Per-field custom CSS
Each field has a Style tab where you can paste arbitrary CSS that will be scoped to that one field at runtime. Useful for one-off effects without affecting the rest of the form.
/* Make this one input glow on focus */
input {
transition: box-shadow 0.2s ease;
}
input:focus {
box-shadow: 0 0 0 3px rgba(124, 92, 255, 0.25);
}
Custom CSS is sanitized server-side. url(...), @font-face, and image-set() are blocked — see Custom CSS for the full allow/deny list.
Saving and previewing
Changes are saved when you click Save. The preview pane on the right always reflects the current draft, including any unsaved edits, so you can see exactly what your visitors will see before publishing.
