Let your AI build forms for you.
FormPing ships an MCP server at mcp.formping.ch. Plug it into Claude Code,
Cursor, Claude Desktop, or any other client that speaks the Model Context Protocol, and
your AI can create tokens, design forms, and hand back working embed code — all from a
single chat message.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for giving AI assistants structured access to external services. Instead of writing API code, your AI calls pre-defined "tools" with typed arguments. The FormPing MCP server exposes 8 tools that cover the entire form lifecycle.
What you can do
- Create & manage tokens — "Create a new token for my newsletter signup, restrict it to
example.com" - Design entire forms — "Build a 3-page lead-qualification form with scoring and a results page"
- Get embed code — "Give me the script tag for my contact form"
- Inspect & edit existing forms — "Add a phone field to my contact form, make it optional"
- List your tokens — "What forms do I have right now?"
The MCP server returns the script tag for new tokens directly in the tool response — your AI can hand it to you (or paste it into a file) without a second round trip.
Security
- The MCP server is a thin proxy. It stores nothing.
- Authentication is via an API key you generate in the dashboard. Same scope as the WordPress plugin: token CRUD, form-config CRUD, embed code, and account info — not messages, billing, or password changes.
- Your AI never sees your password, your messages, or your billing details.
