Your first form, in five minutes.
This walkthrough takes you from zero to a working form on your site. No backend, no database, no server config.
1. Create an account
Head to app.formping.ch and sign up with your email and a strong password. You'll get a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
Disposable email addresses are blocked at registration. Use a real address you can receive verification codes on.
2. Verify your email
Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code and enter it in the dashboard. Until
you verify, the API will respond with 403 email_not_verified — this protects
your account and keeps the platform clean.
3. Create your first token
In the dashboard, open the Tokens tab and click New token. Give it a label (e.g. "Marketing site contact form") and add the domain you'll embed it on to the Domain allowlist. Submissions from any other domain will be rejected.
You can leave the allowlist empty during development to test from localhost, but always lock it down before going live.
4. Grab the embed code
Click the token and choose Embed code. You'll get four formats: a one-line script tag, an iframe, a WordPress shortcode, and a direct hosted-form URL. The script tag is the easiest place to start:

Drop that into the <body> of your page. The widget renders into the
container element and uses the form you built in the Form Builder. That's it —
submissions start flowing immediately.
5. Get notified
Open Settings → Notifications and pick how you want to be alerted:
- Web Push — instant browser notifications, even when the dashboard tab is closed.
- Mobile — native iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
- Webhooks — forward to your own backend (see Webhooks).
